We do not do refunds or exchanges. We will gladly issue you store credit in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file, if you have received a damaged item. Store Credit can be used immediately and never expires.

Email Subject: Your Name + Damaged Item
Allow 48-72 hours to receive a response, if your request is approved we will ship out a new item to replace your damaged piece.
